As a young man in Northern Ohio, I was offered a painting apprenticeship by the father of a close friend. Mr. Sameter owned a union-affiliated painting company. In his view, there was only one way of doing things correctly - the union way. He taught me every aspect of the painting business, and how to do things right, with great attention to detail.
It seems those lessons are rarely taught anymore, but I instill those same qualities in the painters who work for my company. Jobs are done correctly and cleanly. That's important. It's your home!
When not painting homes, I enjoy the art of painting - a passion I developed in high school. You can see some of that work at http://www.peterstricklandart.com/
